Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal
Ingredients
-1/2 cup quick-cook rolled oats -a pinch salt -1/2 cup diced apple -1/2 cup non-dairy milk -1 TBS nut butter, peanut, sunflower, almond, or other -1 tsp maple syrup -1/2 tsp cinnamon Directions -In a microwave-safe bowl, mix oats, milk, and salt. Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes, depending on the strength of your microwave. -Add water to thin the oatmeal if necessary, and mix in nut butter and maple syrup. -Top with sliced apples and cinnamon.
